Bill Project can be used free of charge to capture monthly work done for each item in Bill Project files.
Progress payment certificates can then be prepared using this information plus any materials on site, VO dayworks, VO extra work, variation in rates of application and special materials.
The monthly certificates include contract price adjustment calculations for CPI, Baxter, Haylett or Component Costs formulae.
